Yesterday I visited my great-grandpa for his 86th birthday! The weather was amazing, so we all went out for a walk in the park. Great-grandpa is very funny and we have a lot in common: the color of our eyes, the amount of hair, although now I have more teeth.

Official Documents
Today I got my first official US government correspondence in the mail. My passport has arrived! It has my picture and plenty of visa pages. All I have to do is pack my bags and I’m ready for my first adventure :) Although I should probably update my picture soon as my second milk tooth has arrived.
Master chef
The weather was terrible today in the morning and even when the rain stopped it was really windy. I decided not to go outside, and instead, to make the time pass by quicker, I asked to help make mini apple pancakes. Of course I had to get properly prepared for the chore: I put on my little apron, tied my hair with a bow, got my spatula and my measuring cups. The hardest part was to decide which cup to use, so I tried them all. I inspected all the ingredients and we were done in no time.

High Tech Baby
My friend Sabrina stopped by yesterday evening for a quick visit. We have not seen each other in a long while and I was very glad she was able to come and say “hi”. She brought a gift for me and when I opened it, I could not believe it. My very first computer! I was too tired to try it out yesterday, but I couldn’t wait to wake up and play with it today. When I pressed a button and lights came on, I forgot to breath for a second.

Assembly instructions

Step 1: Unpack everything
Step 2: Find the most interesting part and see if it tastes as Continue reading
ID please
Since I’m a very spontaneous person and like to travel on short notice, I decided it was time for me to get a US passport. I filled out an application, made an appointment at a post office, and had my first official picture taken. For now, I just have to sit and wait, and let my imagination take flight thinking what exotic places I will visit next.
Measuring up
I had my six months doctor’s appointment yesterday. It was a routine check up where the doctor weighed and measured me as usual. I tipped the scale at almost 16lb (15lb 14oz to be exact) and measured 26 3/4in. So today, I decided to see if I grew some more over night (it’s a known fact that babies grow faster when they sleep). But measuring oneself is not as easy as it looks.
Aunts are the best
I had a very fun weekend, since my aunts and uncle came to visit. We haven’t seen each other since the last year, so they brought me lots of presents. I was a very good host, did not go to sleep even for a minute. I was entertaining the the best I could: playing games, laughing, blowing raspberries, and singing. I think they should come over more often, because they are so much fun to hang out with.
